Licenses for dogs and cats were due by February 15, 2010.New Jersey Statutes Annotated 4:19-15.2A requires that the duration of the immunity against rabies is to cover the duration of the licensing period. Proof of rabies vaccination is required prior to licensing.

Code 7-4 prohibits domestic animals from being allowed to run
at large on or within the Borough parks, playgrounds or municipal
properties. They must be on a leash and are not allowed to defecate
in the parks, playgrounds or municipal property.
